You will explore traditional vinyasa yoga with an added focus on specific alignment, breathing and meditation. Vinyasa Yoga is an incredible way to explore your health, your mind and your life.

Your Teachers

Michael Daly and Vanessa Rudge have been facilitating retreats, teacher training programmes and powerful workshops in Australia and abroad for nearly 20 years. They operate three busy yoga studios in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast.

They are well known for their focused yet fun classes. Their way of practice can best be described as mindful, creative and energising. Classes are designed to open and strengthen the body through a balance of safe alignment and energetic vinyasa flow.

Classes are a blend of slow flow and more dynamic sequences but can be adapted to every level. Mindfulness, breathing and deep relaxation are also a large part of the practice.

What to expect:

Over 7 days in paradise you will:

  • Experience a range of highly creative yoga sessions ranging from gentle and restorative to dynamic and challenging.
  • Half the day to yourself – it’s not just yoga all day every day. You’ll balance a morning meditation and yoga class with 6 hours to yourself each day. You’ll then cap each day off with another 1.5 hour session incorporating a selection of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditations and yoga nidra.
  • Go at your own pace – on some days you’ll feel vibrant and strong and on others you’ll just feel like taking it easy. There’s no requirement from us other than that you’re happy.
  • Deepen your personal practice with one on one tuition, fine tuning of alignment principles, focused adjustments and group workshops.
  • Fall in love with meditation – each morning begins with a guided group meditation as the sun rises over beautiful Bali. Practicing mindfulness in the presence of a highly experienced teacher makes meditation effortless.
  • Space to be - plenty of time for massages, great food, new friends, mountain climbing, bike riding, white water rafting or just lazing by the pool with a great book.
